Special surfaces: Silver, gold, stone, moss and hay – for skis that exist only once.

How much do custom skis cost?
The price of your custom skis depends on the model, construction, finish and additional options such as engraving, inlays or a logo. After the consultation you receive an individual, binding quotation.
Lead time is calculated from the approval of your design – we give you the exact date with the quotation. If you want to buy handmade skis, you can test the models at Kronplatz first.

People who want to build their own skis usually want one thing: skis that match them perfectly in shape, feel and design. That is exactly what you get at ROC – without sourcing a press, moulds and materials yourself. And instead of a generic online ski customizer, you design with our team.
You design your skis, we build them by hand in our ski factory: with a wood core, fibreglass or carbon, hardened steel edges and a graphite race base – just like every ROC ski.

Questions about custom skis
Where can I order skis with my own design?
Directly from ROC: via the contact form, email, phone, WhatsApp or at our ski factory in Reischach at Kronplatz (South Tyrol, Italy). We realise your design and build the skis by hand.
Which technical features can be customised on bespoke skis?
Besides the design, shape, flex and construction can be adjusted – for example the wood core (ash, poplar, beech or balsa) and reinforcement with fibreglass or carbon. We clarify which adjustments make sense for you during the consultation.
What is the difference between custom graphics and fully bespoke skis?
Custom graphics change how your skis look – the ride stays that of the chosen model. With fully bespoke skis we change shape, flex or construction, and therefore how the skis ride.
How does the custom ski ordering process work?
In four steps: enquiry and consultation, joint development of model, technology and design, your approval and then handcrafting in South Tyrol. You then pick up your skis in Reischach or we arrange delivery.
How much do handmade custom skis cost?
The price of your custom skis depends on the model, construction, finish and additional options such as engraving, inlays or a logo. After the consultation you receive an individual, binding quotation.
How long does it take to make custom skis?
Production time depends on design, materials and the extent of customisation and is calculated from the approval of your design. You receive the exact delivery date with your quotation.
Which materials and topsheet finishes can I choose?
Classic surfaces are Print-Corund, Print-Trimetric, wood and dyed wood veneer. Special surfaces include silver, gold, stone, moss and hay. Plus plaques, engraved or printed logos, laser engraving and inlays.
Does ROC ship custom skis internationally?
You can pick up your skis at our factory in Reischach. We are happy to arrange delivery – including abroad – individually with you.
Are personalised skis a good gift?
Yes. Personalised skis with a name, engraving or your own design make a special gift – privately or as a corporate ski gift for clients and staff.
Do I have to build my skis myself?
No. You design your skis, we build them – in our ski factory in South Tyrol with professional materials and a ski press. You get skis that fit you perfectly, without your own workshop.

Shop In Store & Take a Test Ride
Send us an enquiry online – or discover every model in our showroom in Reischach at Kronplatz. In winter you can test them daily from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Plus: selected ROC accessories, goggles and apparel. Drop by – we will advise you in person.
