Privacy policy
Information pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR). Below we explain which personal data are processed when you visit this website.
1. Controller
The controller responsible for data processing on this website is:
ROC.TRAAM GmbH - SRL, Via Funivia 6, 39031 Riscone / Brunico (BZ), Italy
Email: info@roctraam.com · PEC: roctraam@pec.it · Phone: +39 0474 250 015
2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA). When you visit the website, technically necessary information is processed automatically and stored briefly in log files: IP address, date and time of access, requested file, referrer URL, browser and operating system.
This processing serves the secure and stable provision of the website. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). A data processing agreement is in place with Netlify; transfers to the USA are based on appropriate safeguards (e.g. EU standard contractual clauses). We do not use these data to identify you.
3. Contact form, email and WhatsApp
If you contact us via the contact form, by email, phone or WhatsApp, we process your details (e.g. name, email address, phone number, message) to handle your enquiry. Form data are transmitted and stored via the Netlify Forms service.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual or contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Data are deleted once they are no longer required and no statutory retention obligations apply. If you contact us via WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s privacy policy also applies.
4. Cookies and local storage
We only set cookies for statistics (Google Analytics) with your consent. We store your choice in your browser’s local storage. See our cookie notice for details.
5. Google Maps
To show our location we use Google Maps, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The map loads when you open the page. Your IP address and usage data, among others, are transmitted to Google, possibly also to the USA (on the basis of EU standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in showing our location in an easy-to-find way (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). More information: policies.google.com/privacy.
6. Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
With your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) we use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager by Google Ireland Limited to analyse how our website is used. This involves processing data such as a shortened IP address, device, browser, pages visited and time spent, and setting cookies; a transfer to the USA is possible (EU-US Data Privacy Framework). Without your consent neither is loaded. You can withdraw your consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. We also use Google Search Console, which does not set any cookies on this website. More information: policies.google.com/privacy.
7. Fonts
The fonts used on this website are hosted locally on our server. No connection to Google or other font providers is established when you visit the website.
8. Links to social networks
We link to our profiles on Instagram and Facebook and to WhatsApp. These are simple links, not plug-ins: data are only transmitted when you click a link and visit the respective platform, where the privacy policy of the provider (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) applies.
9. Disclosure of data
Your personal data are only transferred to third parties if you have given your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), if this is necessary for the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), if there is a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) or if it is necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
10. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to withdraw consent with effect for the future (Art. 7(3)). You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77) – in Italy the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
11. Right to object
Where your data are processed on the basis of legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), you may object under Art. 21 GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation. An email to info@roctraam.com is sufficient.
12. Data security
This website is delivered exclusively via encrypted HTTPS (TLS). We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against manipulation, loss and unauthorised access.
13. Updates
Last updated: October 2026. Further development of the website or changes in legal requirements may make it necessary to amend this privacy policy.
